I fixed it. I have the correct Straighttalk (ATT) APN settings now.

these are my apns for Straight Talk AT&T SIM. I have used the same ones for 5 different windows phones. Restart the phone after you input these. Sometimes they take a 1/2 hour or so to kick in. If it doesn't work, try changing the IP to IPv4. Good luck.

You didn't say if yours was working, but the data apn is tfdata and nothing else
