Can't remove English UK keyboard?

Hi, I'm using windows 10 PC (not on the insider program) and I have some strange problem. In my keyboards there's supposed to be 3 languages\keyboard layouts : English US, Deutsch (Germany), Arabic 101 (Egypt). However there is an extra keyboard that I don't remember choosing ; English United Kingdom, to add to the delimma, this "Egnlish UK" keyboard in fact types "arabic 101" - I've looked in control panel and settings app many times, I don't find that keyboard listed anywhere, I don't know how to remove it or how it got there in the first place, and it's really confusing and annoying because I keep choosing it unintentionally and start typing in English to see Arabic characters on my screen. How do I remove this?

You may add a screenshot so we can have a better understanding, in general, add one language which works ok, and remove all the other, restart then add any other languages you might use.
