Cant see my phone on www.windowsphone.com

pLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!
MY PHONE DOESNT GET LISTED ON THE WINDOWSPHONE.COM.
i AM USING LUMIA 920.
CANT CONTROL OR PUSH APPS FROM CLOUD :/

Do you have the settings turned on, on your phone? (Settings --> Find my phone --> check both boxes).

I had the same problem.
Nothing worked.
So I contacted Microsoft Support, we tried a bunch of things. Nothing of that worked.
A hard reset/factory reset was the only thing that solved the issue.
