Cant seem to get any kind of updates

Hello
I have a nokia lumia 620
its running on windows phone 8.0 since i bought it
but its been over a year and i cant get any updates, no update for amber or black
other people around me using 620 atleast have the amber update
iv tried resetting my fone and the preview for developers program
but there just seem to be no updates
its running on os version : 8.0.10211.204
manufacturer model name is RM-846_eu_euro1
please help
