Can't seem to swype on my lumia.

The swype of my phone isn't working, the flow of the swype appears but the letters don't appear on the text box. Help please.

Your problem is that swype on the keyboard is working, but you can't see the words on the text box
Q1- any text box?
Q2- try a soft reset, click and hold on power key button and low volume button for 10 seconds.

This happens to me every now and then but it is only temporary for me. Mostly when I've just opened an app and start trying to use word flow it won't load the first few words I type. Is your issue constant or temporary?

Mine just started doing the same thing after the last update.. Like it's stuck sometimes or doesn't show up at all... As far as soft reset after first 8.1 update the power and volume button doesn't do it for me anymore.. Only manually powering of and on work. 920 here
