Can't Select Apps in WIndows 8 Markeplace

Anyone else getting this? It happens about 25% of the time I open the marketplace. Happens both on my Surface 2 and PC, but to be honest happens about 5x as much on the Surface. When I open the marketplace, it will sometime allow me to do anything want (browse categories, scroll screen, open settings and change them, etch), but it won't let me select a specific app. Touching the touch screen on the app, or using the touchpad to select does nothing. Closing the app and reopening it fixes it, but it is annoying how often this happens. I have tried refreshes, reinstall: still there. Any ideas?

It has happened to me, too. Windows 8.1 Update 1 on a laptop.
I couldn't do anything to fix it. Restarted the PC and it fixed itself.
From what I've read in here, all the content we see in Windows Store is in HTML5 so there might be something wrong when loading the store?
