Can''t send or receive picture messages

All of a sudden I can't get or send picture messages. It just says media in this message. When I go to download it, it doesn't do anything. Any ideas?

What carrier do you have? What carriers do your friends have?

I'm att and everybody else has different carriers. Some are ATT

I was told to delete all my texts. Did so and no help. Anybody else got an idea?

The only time I've had picture messages not work is when my data connection is off. Try turning on your data connection if it's not already on.

Its on,I think I need to do a hard reset

Well, looks like the phone was messed up because I got a new one. Now back to reinstalling everything
