Whatever it is the issue...i will suggest you to wait.....because their is hardly a matter of a few days before technical preview second build will be released..!

If you got, after you rolled back, the lumia denim software update your OS version is too high to get the W10 TP.
Please check your OS version To enroll in the current TP it has to be version number 8.10.14219.341 or earlier:
Supported phones for Windows 10 Technical Preview - Microsoft Windows
But with the next update this will be "fixed"

I havd 730.830& 1520 which one will get 1st w10 TP ?? Currently all my phone showing no build

Check out the link in the previous post. It lists which phones Microsoft hopes to support in the next release of the technical preview.

No one, other than Microsoft, knows the release date. And Microsoft won't say what the release date is.
