Cant stream music of the cloud.

So I got my surface rt but when I go to the music app and try to stream music it wont play at all. I already tried un installing and installing again and it don't work. any ideas?

Need more details. You are trying to stream from where? What file type?

well when I look for an artist on xbox music and I want to listen to the song it wont play at all. Usually sometimes it shows an ad and then it starts playing right after but nothing happens. It only plays music I have bought.
