Can't transfer photo albums to phone.

After I updated my 1520, I tried to transfer photo albums to my phone using Windows 8 windows phone app. It shows that the transfer was completed but when i go into my photo hub on my phone the albums are not there. But when I connect my phone to my computer, all the albums are on my SD card. Anyone have the same problem or know of a fix? I tried deleting it and just moving the albums onto the sd card through the desktop and still no luck.

Try placing the pictures outside the pictures folder in the SD card.
