Can't turn on the wifi!

One day after I got my 950xl, I cannot turn on the wifi. Whenever I did, it showed "Cant do this right now/ try again in a little while. if the problem continues, restart your phone and try again."

So I restarted my phone for several times and it did not work. I then tried to hard reset my phone but it did not work as well. 2 days later I tried another several soft resets and one hard resets, it finally works. But I cannot turn it on again just now.

Does anyone have the same problem?

I would first try the Windows Device Recovery Tool (if you can) and if that fails I would just give up and have them replace it with the warranty.

The recovery tool says that the package for the phone is not available, so it seems that they do not have a recovery package for 950xl yet?

When will we have the update that can solve this problem. I don't think it is a hardware problem

Try the recovery again now that it's live.
