Can't uninstall apps after installing RT 8.1 Update 3

After installing Windows RT 8.1 Update 3 and start using the Start button, I can't now uninstall apps. Right click on the app then select Uninstall, nothing happens. Any suggestions ?

Hmmmmm, Mine works fine. What system are you running it on?
