Can't update accent color

So, I got tired of my current color and wanted to change it. It won't take. Once I turn off my phone and restart it, it goes back to my previous color. It started yesterday for the first time. Weird

Nokia 920 on AT&T

Do you have settings->ease of access-> high contrast mode turned on ?

No. I've soft reset my phone as well, but no luck.

:eck: not sure what it could be, need more coffee. Do not think any apps can lock the accent color.

Yeah, I tried deleting the last couple app downloads but that didn't work. So weird, not sure what's going on.

What would a soft reset be? A reboot?
Anyway, I'm afraid it's a windows phone bug and the only solution is a real reset (settings, about, reset your phone).

A soft reset is just like a battery pull. On Nokias you hold down volume down and the power button for about 15 sec.
