Can't Upgrade

When I am upgrading my windows 8 into windows 10 I am not able to upgrade from last two times I download 9.8gb and at the end it shows file has been corrupted :'( Could you please explain me why it showing this error?

From context I believe you are asking about desktop Windows, yes?

You state "Windows 8." You cannot upgrade straight from 8 to 10, you need to upgrade 8 > 8.1 > 10.
