I had the same problem but fixed it -> Go to Settings -> Display -> Switch off Battery Saver Brightness - this will turn on the LED lights again.

Hi I was also facing same problem on 1520. However I found solution. Go to setting, goto display, switch off battery saver brightness.... And wolla.. Your capacitive backlight are back again. It worked for me, I hope it also works for other user

Yeah but now on Cyan... i have no option to switch the lights of captive buttons off. Even on battery saver they are still lightened up

Thanks for the tip. The lights on my 930 were switched off and I was starting to worry I would have to replace the phone yet again.

Hi guys, this issue is related to Device Hub. Yes, weird but true exactly!

So, -the only one- solution is:

1) Reset your phone (required)
2) When resetting is completed, complete your installation steps
3) When the phone is ready to use, quickly go to Settings > Date+Time
4) Set the year like 2150 or more
5) Go to Settings, tap the Device Hub
6) Uninstall it
7) Set the date as auto again

Problem will be solved.

Never open Device Hub even once! Uninstall it and don't install again.

p.s. If you open Device Hub even once, battery saver crashes and your issue comes over again. Then you must reset your phone to solve it.
If you open Device Hub once, uninstalling it will not solve this issue. You will have to reset your phones...

By reset did you mean soft out hard? Because I've tried soft reset and I've deleted the hub ASP but the lights are still on.

Simple Go Settings - Display-Turn on/off Battery Saver Brightness.

Simply Turn OFF battery saver Brightness. All set:cool:

If your capacitive buttons are having problems their are really only two possibilities, hardware issue or firmware problem. From what you have said I would say firmware. Reload the firmware again. Either through the recovery website or through hard reset.

Ive hard reset my phone just like other people on this forum. And after updating and settings everything up including the hub app the lights start glitching. So now I've just hard reset everything again and just deleted the damn hub app.

I have a similar problem but it is very odd. I have my battery saver on and also in display settings allowed battery saver, but my back and home button are still on. just those two..it looks really weird. Sometimes search button glimpse but that's all. I dont know what to do. Im not on developer preview.

same here man... :( i did 2 resets but not resolved.....now also reseting my phone ...lets seee :smile:..:P
