Hmm. Well I may be out of ideas sorry. Sometimes its wort trying on a different pc, if that's possible.maybe look through the forums as you may be installing the wrong driver. I have the ativ s not the neo so the drivers may be different

I took to a Sprint store and they were able to wipe it and update it to the latest published 8.1 update. It then restored from backup, so I am a happy man again.��
I will not be downloading windows insider updates anymore though.

No ATIV is supposed to get it, nor do they play particularly well with finalized DP builds so I wouldn't hold my breath.
