CD/DVD Drive not dected Windows 10 build 10130

First i updated from build 10074 to build 10130 my laptop did not detect my cd/dvd drive
tried the registry tweaks NO GO
Microsoft fix it windows 8.1 no go
Upper filter and lower filter missing in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

Clean installed Build 10130 ISO using USB and still my laptop did not detect my cd/dvd drive

built in troubleshooting NOT DECTEDING my DVD drive
removed and reseated the cd/dvd driver still not detected
Do any one else have the same issue?
Is this a Issue with OS native drivers?

Does your cd drive work on 8.1?

If it does, then it's simple a driver issue. Provide feedback to Microsoft using the feeback app.
