Cellular and lan

[Windows Central Question]

I'm currently using cellular (3G dongle) for internet and i connect my LAN for file sharing between my other devices. LAN is connected to a WiFi router without internet. But when i connect my LAN and cellular the net connection goes to LAN and cellular net wont work. Browser shows no internet connection , when i disable my LAN net connection comes back on , How to resolve this?
