Chances of Windows 8.1 on the ATIV?

I may be getting my hopes up but I would really love to see this phone get 8.1. Gut feelings on the chance this actually happens?

Hate to be a pessimist but I've heard promises like this before and they don't get fulfilled. My main concern is that this is a lower end phone and may be forgotten about...
