Shocker, right? But who didn't see it coming. Just bing "Microsoft OneDrive Lawsuit" and you'll see the articles pouring out already, such as this one.

As long as it's not in the same general field, there is no case. There is Apple (the iphone company) and Apple Records, for example. Different products with the same name isn't that uncommon, as long as they aren't in the same field and cannot be confused with one another.
