Change Bluetooth profile to Voice only

I have a Plantronics headset at work that I have connected to both my PC and my Phone.
But whenever I press something on the phone, any sound from my PC gets interrupted for 2 seconds.

I talked to Plantronics support and they asked me to change the Bluetooth profile to only use voice and not media but I can't figure out how to change that? I know it's possible on Android to do so.

Anyone know?

I run Windows Phone 10 Build 10.0.14388.0

There was inside Settings somewhere an option for enabling alternative voice bluetooth channel for separatin audio

That doesn't do anything for me unfortunately.
It's still showing both voice and music profiles for my Bluetooth connection to the headset
