Change the On-Screen Keyboard

On my RT I can choose an on-screen keyboard that has 5 rows with the number keys at the top. This doesn't seem to be available on my Surface Pro. Is there a way to enable it?

On my Surface Pro, I can click the symbol in the lower right corner to switch between keyboard types. This also offers a split keyboard as well as the "full" keyboard.

Setting -> general -> make the standard keyboard layout available

Now you'll have a 4th option when you hit the keyboard choice button.
