Change to Windows S Mode from existing installation

open regedit and go to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\CI\Policy
there change the value for "SkuPolicyRequired" to 1
if not there then create the REG_DWORD and you are running S Mode
