This may not be the place for this question but here goes:
I created an alias today to use as a new primary, @outlook instead of my old @msn. I quickly noticed that even though my phone showed the updated account login, my text messages started going away. What gives?! I stopped by the MS store and they assured me that since the original account is still associated, but not primary, all the info is still there. But they had no answer as to why the texts started getting removed. Has anyone experienced this?:sweaty:
