Changing main microsoft account without resetting the phone

I wish to swap my windows phone with my wife and was wondering if there was an easy way to change the main Microsoft account on phone from my account to my wife account without going through the pain of resetting the phone. I have WP 8.1 preview installed and just don't want to go through the pain of installing the massive update again.

Has to be a reset unfortunately, but on the plus side it won't wipe the preview.

I'm pretty sure you won't have to install the update again. It doesn't get removed when you reset it.
