Changing marketplace country and currency

How do I do this? I just got the OMNIA W and I haven't been able to figure this out. I'm located in India and would like to purchase my apps in dollars or dirhams(official currency of UAE) as my bank/credit card account is based in the UAE. I'm here on a long trip on work. I keep reading all over the web that angry birds is $1 but here in India it shows as $3 equivalent..wth?

Any inputs would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Ok I still want to change the country and region of the Marketplace but the angry bird thing I said is wrong. Angry Birds in the US is also the same price. I just assumed that Angry Birds is only $1 like on the iPhone.
