Changing Microsoft 950XL DNS Servers Over to Google's

[Windows Central Question]

Now that American law allows ISP's to sell my browsing data off to political propaganda firms (such as Cambridge Analytica), I'd like to take some precautions to make this a little more difficult by changing my browsing DNS servers over to Google's. I've been able to do this on my Ubuntu, Windows 10 Laptop but have no idea how to do this in my Windows Phone (950XL). Does anyone know if this option is available?
