Changing phones, App question

If I just purchased Garmin Street Pilot for my Nokia L900 and end up switching to a Samsung, I should be able to use that program on the new phone. Correct?

go on your ZUNE /windowsphones.com or get the app: reinstaller to find all the apps/games you have already paid for and want to re-download
