Changing to a different product code - What about updates?

I have an India CV Lumia 830. It has 4G disabled because the phone doesn't support TD-LTE which Indian carriers use. I frequently travel to countries which have 4G standards which are supported by this phone, but which I cannot use.

I have decided to flash my phone with the Finnish firmware to enable 4G. Now my question is

My phone hardware says it is Product Code A (India CV), the actual firmware is Product Code B (Finland CV), what would happen when an OTA firmware is released?

1. Will the phone detect firmware for Product Code B and update to the latest Finnish firmware?
2. Will the phone detect firmware for Product Code A, update to the latest Indian firmware and disable 4G?
3. Will the phone not detect any firmware at all?

Please note I am concerned mainly with firmware updates, not OS updates.

Anyone here has any experience with this?
