"charger plugged in: confirmation beep

When i plug in my 640, it used to chirp to indicate it was charging, it doesn't anymore.
I don't recall changing anything in my settings, does anyone know if this is normal, or do you know where the setting is to re-enable it?

Are you get any other of your usual notification sounds such as messages etc? You could try powering if off and on again.
