Charging phone while updating

Hi, could I charge my phone while windows phone update is going on?

I started the update with abttery at 66%, but it seems to be slow and the screen is at full brightness so I am worried it will run out if juice

I have, using the USB port and USB charger.

I did the complete update while on the Nokia QI charging plate. No issues.

Its actually better to update your phone while charging cause its not going to limit its functionality for battery life, and its faster too.
