Charging problem Lumia 640

It takes over 5 hours to charge from 18% to 100% in a rate of ~11.89% per hour using a wall socket and stock charger.
Lumia 640/W10M 10586.64
Any help? Thanks!
P.S. Rebooting/Re-inserting battery doesn't help/I don't want to loss my data as they're important

Put on flight mode, disable all background processes, no wifi or cellular and let it charge fully. Once fully charge, disable flight mode, update all apps, let it sit on wifi for a couple of hours, soft reset and remove from charger and test
