Charging problem

Whenever I pluged in my mobile a notification comes that your device is charging slowly even after using the same charger which comes with the mobile.

Change the usb cable another one might not do the same thing. I know a cheap $1 did that and I went for a oem usb cable.

try a different cable and maybe even charger. Does it still charge slowly when not using the phone?
