Chase Bank Quick Deposit Help

For those with Chase we're all glad the app is out but im having a issue with the Quick Deposit feature when i go over to it it says its not available on my account, so ive been reading that i have to agree to some usage agreement or something that should be in the app but i havent seen it anywhere in the app.

How do i sign up for Quick Deposit? is it somewhere in the app? or is it somewhere on the chase bank website? i dont see it anywhere

I had a similar problem a few months ago with the iPad app so I downloaded the iPhone app which had the agreement part working. If you have a friend with an iOS device you can log in and accept the terms, then logout and delete the app from their device.
