Child Account problem

Well just added a family account on my XBOX and well girlfriend now can?t buy or update apps on her Windows Phone. Says she has a child account and to check the parental controls.

Her age is right but can?t seem to get any updates or apps to download on her phone. She is listed as an Adult on the XBOX, however on the phone it says she is a child.

This issue only started when I added her to the family account on the XBOX.

I just posted a warning about this very thing.
I spent 2 hours on the phone with Xbox support to try to work this out with no luck.
