Children account : impossible to create

Hello !
I install the Windows 10 technical preview (build 10074).
I try to create a children account but it doesn't work. When the account is created, the type of this account is "Standard account". When I want change the type I have only two choices :
- Standard account
- Administrator

I'am not able to choose "Children account" and I can't parameter the parent control.

Can you please help me ?

The conclusion is the technical preview don't suppot the creation of childen account and configuration of parent control ?

I've never seen a children's account on desktop Windows, only mobile Windows. Not a bad idea though

Create the account as Standard Account and then set up Family Safety settings. I have this set up for my 5yrold and works great. Even sends you an email once a week to let you know what they have done the past week.
