How to get a hidden windows account?

I locked myself out of my laptop, now I'm in a guest account.

I created a registry key that hides an account, now the admin account is hidden I can't change anything from the guest account.

The registry I made is in this location:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

I'm locked out of my regular administration account so I can't enable the default admin account

I'm using windows 10 Pro version 1909

Other useful information:
1. I know login details, but the account is hidden.
2. I tried resetting the PC but it kept going to the guest account.
3. I hoped logging in in safe mode would give me admin privileges so that I can delete the registry but I was wrong.
3. I made backups of my personal files from all partitions.

How do I reverse the steps on this article if I I hidden my personal administrator account:

Any technical help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not 100% sure this will work work with the hidden account, but its worth a try. As long as the admin account is just hidden, not disabled.

Search (Win key + S) Computer Management
From the result, right-click and select "Run as administrator"
That should give you a credentials box.
For Username, use [computer name]\[admin account name]
Password = the admin account password.
Once in Computer Management, right-click on Users and create a new user.
Set the username and password and save.
Then right click that new user and go to Properties; make it a local administrator.

Sign out, then log in as that admin account and unhide that hidden account.
