I currently have two 1520s, a 1020, a G4, and an iPhone 6. I want to give away one of the 1520s to a sister. Is getting a 950/xl worth it or should I wait for the Elite x3? I will be issued another iPhone for work but I want something Windows flavored.

Lumia 950 xl is a excellent phone...u will be very happy with it...thou u should upgrade to latest software and start fresh and don't take old phone backup...take only contacts

some of them are not compatible with w10m. besides, I think the hp x3 would be very expensive.

I see. I know. If it goes upward to 1000 USD in Manila, I just might get the 950XL to replace one of my 1520s
