Choosing accounts for contacts in windows phone 8

I am working a windows phone 8 application to backup contacts for a certain account. So to test this application i need to simulate around 1000 contacts with images.

I am at a stage where i can generate contacts with images. But the problem is i am not able to create these contacts under a particular account. Is this capability there in windows phone 8?
