Choosing default apps on Windows 10 Mobile

Can someone please help me. I really want to know if you can select default apps on Windows 10 Mobile. This is an very important feature to me.

Als far als I know only Android has that feature, Windows and iOS do not.

Unfortunate. Would love to have Here Drive+ my default driving app instead of Maps.
