I suggest a class action law suit in regards to MSFT abandoning W10 Mobile.
Come on MSFT you either have to write a boot loader so we can do a clean install of Android or give us our money back.
You have a legal and ethical obligation to provide owners of your device's with an alternative OS.

Sorry but I don't think you have any grounds to stand on. Microsoft is continuing to support the devices with bug fixes and security updates, and that is probably all they are obligated to do.

Don't know why people are so quick to be litigious, but you would spend many many times as much to fight this as you would get out of it, all for what, a couple hundred dollars? If you feel like you need to move on, then do so, if not continue to enjoy your device. It isn't like because Microsoft isn't updating the OS anymore that your device will be shut down.

When buying into anything there is a user agreement that normally protects any provider/seller from repercussion after a warranted period.

There would be no grounds for any legal action based on emotion.

Pointless, but you have all the right to give negative opinion about MS actions. I decided to warn relatives, friends and co workers about MS products and how many of them end up a massive failures like the Zune, Kin, Groove music, etc... sure there are other successful MS products but personally i won't bet my money in other MS product and get burned again.
