Clean white cover?

Hi guys, what's the best way to clean my white cover?
Today I was reading the newspaper and with the ink spotted it.

Have you tried a Hydrogen Peroxide solution? Most newspaper inks these days are soy-based and H2O2 will usually break up organic compounds without doing damage to the polycarbonate.
