Cleaning Earpiece?

Hi has anyone got any ideas on how to clean the ear piece on the 920?

I've tried cotton buds and the corner of a microfiber cloth to no avail.

I used an old tooth brush (preferably soft bristles) and a weak vacuum cleaner to remove pocket lint. Brushed gently and worked like a charm.

I use a paint brush (the type used to paint pictures not walls) to clean out the nooks and crannies. The cheap ones from the dollar store work good since their bristles are a little stiff.
