Clicking a desktop shortcut or folder just shows the properties

I'm on Windows 10 on my main computer that's x64, and my cat got on my keyboard so I unplugged the keyboard to not have it screw anything up on something I was working on. She was on a few keys that were on the bottom rows. After she left I went to plug the keyboard back in and now when I try to type in google chrome something in the url it ends up not typing, and clicking on something on the browser's window just shows the save as window. This is super annoying and had to use that other laptop to upload this.

You can select device manager by right clicking on the Windows icon and selecting device manager.

There's a key on the keyboard, on the right-side at the bottom, next to Ctrl (the Alt key) that also serves as a shortcut to right-clicking the mouse. Is this one of the keys your cat might have walked over and broken it so your Windows thinks you have always right-clicked the mouse?
