Compass recalibration on every restart of the phone?

Hi.

May I know if anyone encountered the same issue with the calibration of the compass when using Here maps after a phone restart? It seems like compass settings do not get saved? I need to recalibrate the compass with the figure 8 thingy in Here maps after every single restart of the phone?

Ever since I bought the phone. Already updated to Black. The compass is work perfectly fine once I calibrated it. Is just the recalibration with the figure 8 annoying. And it is kinda of weird to do the figure 8 in the public.

Hmm. Thanks for the link. I suspect something is just not right there. It may be due to the OS instead of the app. Can't be the problem with the hardware as it is working well after the calibration.
