Computer won't sleep or shutdown

I upgraded my desktop from Windows 7 to Windows 10 Technical Preview build 10074 recently. Everything is working fine except for one thing; it won't sleep or turn off. Every time I try, it just restarts. I decided to wait until the next build came out to see if it would fix it. I'm now on 10122 and the same issue is still occurring.

So basically, I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

try searching event log for possible problems.it may be anything!
