Sharing a few concept pictures for a Windows 10 composable shell adapting to mobile dimensions.

Action center would be accessed through a swipe left, apps through swipe right or the Windows key when on start screen.

Also combined task view, one-handed-mode and split screen functionality with double tap on new app launching split screen with two open apps. One tap changes app and no action results in one-handed-mode.

This is probably how it will be able to look, sort of. On tablet you can turn "hide task bar in tablet mode" off, which is basically this (although you've made some changes). Nice idea to bundle the Icons near the task menu together in the pics. Really nice idea actually. Save space.

Myself, I never use multiple desktops. I'd replace search with Cortana's halo.
