Hi, can anyone confirm if Hey Cortana is supposed to work on this phone.
If yes, can anyone confirm if Hey Cortana is supposed to work on this phone in the locale french canada.
What are all the steps necessary to enable it. I don't see the check box.

Hi, it is likely to do with the regional settings.
Try changing them to English (US) and then see if Cortana shows up.
Cortana isn't available in all regions.

Also you shouldn't create multiple threads on the same issue, you have already created a post on this.
