Connect to WiFi requires restart?

Just wanted to revisit this with the folks who said they're working ok and clarify my issue --- To clarify I can leave and come back and everything re-connects just fine. This goes for home network as well as work network.

1. Leave home, come home - reconnect.
2. Leave work, get back to work - reconnect.

But it seems like it's only with the one network at a time that it "remembers."

3. Leave home, get to work - no reconnect to work if I *had* been connected at home.
4. Leave work, get home - no reconnect to home network if I *had* been connected at work.

3 & 4 never seem to work for me even though both networks are listed in setup.
