Considering buying a DV8P - can you do a fresh install on this?

Hi! I'm considering buying a DV8P, and I was wondering if someone could tell me whether you can do a complete wipe and fresh install of a retail version of Windows on this?

Are there any caveats to doing this? Does Dell provide all necessary drivers?

On a seperate note, are there any 8" Windows tablets on the market within $250 that you consider better than the DV8P?

Barring any difficulties with interfaces (it's only got a micro-USB, after all), it's normal Win8.1 and reloading shouldn't be any different than any other computer. Drivers are here: Product Support | Dell US
